Consultancy specialized in technology services that sends me to Packfeeder (Terrassa) and Inox Ferro Sánchez (Vic). I carry out tasks as a mechanical designer at Inox Ferro Sánchez (Design of machines and conveyor belts) and R&D at Packfeeder (Machine design).

2025 - Design engineer. Norcan Hispànica. Cardedeu
Company dedicated to the profile sector for the creation of structures and conveyor belts. Execution of belt speed calculations, motor selection, structural designs, and design of modular and/or belt conveyors. Preparation of offers or costs associated with each project, dealing with clients and suppliers, workshop supervision, and administrative tasks using ERP.

2023 – 2025 Mechanical designer. Laus Serveis i Maquinària. Dosrius
Company dedicated to pharmaceutical and/or food product packaging. Design of cartoning machines with Solidworks and mechanical calculations. Design of machinery from scratch. Design of warehouses, pick and places, robot selection, design of dies and punches to form boxes, design of closing elements and positioning of gluing systems. Design of structures, cabins, selection of conveyor belts, selection of pistons and their corresponding fittings, contact with clients and suppliers, workshop assembly, etc.

Consultancy that sends me to a company manufacturing machinery for the pharmaceutical industry. Design of cabins, benches, formats with Solidworks, and translation of drawings to 3D. 3D translation of components such as weighing scales, fillers, cappers, cappers, etc. Design of vials, the formats through which the vials pass, star wheels for machine stages, assembly of components, design of vial accumulation tables, etc.

Manufacturer of automotive components for windshield wipers in cold stamping. Design of the preventive maintenance program, its calendar, its tasks, and its optimization. Implementation of 5S and start of TPM implementation. I finished my contract when COVID arrived and the company had to close and ended up carrying out an ERTE.
